Do you take insurance or HSA?

Sadly no. Insurance does not cover my services. Nor do we take Health Savings Accounts. 

Can you diagnose me?

As a pharmacist, I am not permitted to diagnose or treat disease. I work as an educator and coach to help you know your options, improve your lifestyle in impactful ways, and optimize your health with diet, exercise, lifestyle, and supplementation so that you can rebalance your system and wake up the inherent healing capacity built into the genetics of every cell in your body. 

What is the cost?

My appointments generally run 30 minutes and the investment is $120. It really is an investment in your most important asset...your health. 

What do I need to do or bring to the appointment?

Once you schedule your appointment, you'll fill out a questionnaire to fill me in on your goals for your appointment and your health and lifestyle history. It's important that you take the time to fill out the questionnaire fully as that will make our appointment move much more efficiently so that we can get a lot done in our 30 minutes together.

Is this an in person or virtual appointment?

Right now, I am only taking virtual appointments. Once you schedule your appointment, you'll receive instructions on how to join the virtual appointment online at your scheduled time. It's super easy and all you need is a computer and an internet connection. 

I'm in bad shape, can you help me?

It depends on how you define "bad shape". If you are in need of urgent or emergency help, it's best to seek out the help of a physician who can stabilize your health situation. Most doctors focus on urgent and immediate need. My focus is on building your "reserve" and restoring balance to your system so that you can repair, recharge, and  heal. Most chronic conditions can benefit from such an approach in concert with your physician. If I determine I can't help you or the time is not right, I will refund your appointment fee and help you find the right support.

Important: Dr. Ray Hinish is a pharmacist, not a physician and can not diagnose or treat disease. He focuses on restoring your body's in-built healing capacity so that you can rebalance your "dis-eazed" system and optimize your body's function to restore your health and vitality. As a pharmacist he can educate you about options and help you understand your medications, however, he will not alter or recommend changes to your medications. As with anything, any changes to your lifestyle, supplements, and medications should be discussed with your doctor.

After you schedule your appointment, you will need to fill out a questionnaire to describe your health goals, health history, challenges, and any supplements and medications.

Follow The Plan Dr. Ray Build With You

During your appointment, Dr. Ray will help you build a plan to improve your lifestyle and supplement regimen to help you optimize your health. Your job will be to implement it and follow up to let us know how its working. so that we can tweak and optimize over time.
